I came to know Jeff when my home was on the market during one of the most difficult selling periods of real estate in modern history. The home had been listed for almost three years and the dreaded "Foreclosure" was looming in the very near future. My agent suggested a short sale, of which I had no knowledge. She indicated that Mr. Jeff Morazzini was on of the foremost Real Estate Brokers in this region regarding short sales of homes. She was absolutely correct!

 

Mr. Morazzini came to my house and, in length, explained short sale options to me, answered all of my questions, in layman's terms, so I completely understood what this process would entail. He was patient and understanding when it came to my concerns and layed out all of the plus and minus objectives that would involve a short sale. I had absolute confidence that if anyone could prevent my home from going into foreclosure at this point, it would be Jeff. I am very happy to report that Jeff found a buyer, in fact multiple offers were placed on the home, and it was sold via short sale, therefore avoiding Foreclosure.

 

Jeff never gave up ad if I asked, would give me updates, assuring me that he was on the phone with the bankers on a daily basis pushing the short sale process through the often unbearable red tape. If it were not for Jeff, and his tenacious attitude of completing this sale, I fear that Foreclosure would have been my only option. I would recommend Jeff, without hesitation, to anyone seeking a competent, honest, and thorough Real Estate Broker.

 

I can never thank Jeff enough for his kind understanding and support during this very scary phase of my life. He should be considered on of the premier Brokers in the Region.
